| Target/Description | The unknown MDA-containing samples or MDA standards are initially treated with TBA at 95°C. Following a short incubation period, the samples and standards can be measured either using spectrophotometry or fluorometry. The level of MDA content in the unknown samples is ascertained by comparing them to the established MDA standard curve. |
