| Target/Description | The assay utilizes a Terbium-labeled anti-His antibody that binds to His-tagged BCL-2. A biotin-labeled BCL-2 peptide ligand then allows dye-labeled streptavidin to bind. Proximity-induced TR-FRET signal is generated upon interaction of BCL-2 with the BCL-2 peptide ligand. Fluorescence intensity is measured using a TR-FRET capable fluorescence reader, providing a quantitative measurement of BCL-2 activity. |
