| Target/Description | This assay measures the level of human Hepsin using specific antibodies coated on a 96-well plate. Samples are added to the wells and Hepsin in the sample binds to the immobilized antibodies. After washing away unbound substances, a biotinylated anti-human Hepsin antibody is added, followed by HRP-conjugated streptavidin. A substrate solution is then added, resulting in color development proportional to the amount of Hepsin present. The reaction is stopped, and the intensity of the color is measured at 450 nm. |
