| Target/Description | The assay of this kit involves incubating a sample containing the kinase enzyme with a specific substrate peptide in the presence of ATP. After the reaction, a terbium-labeled anti-phosphotyrosine antibody is added, followed by the addition of a fluorescence enhancer. The resulting fluorescence signal is proportional to the kinase activity, which can be quantified using a fluorescence plate reader. |
