| Target/Description | The PRMT3 activity assay kit features a specialized antibody that targets methylated substrate molecules with precision. Utilizing this kit involves only three straightforward steps on a microtiter plate for methyltransferase detection. Initially, sadenosylmethionine is allowed to incubate with the sample and assay buffer, along with the methyltransferase enzyme, for a set period. Subsequently, the primary antibody is introduced into the mixture. Lastly, the plate undergoes treatment with an HRP-labeled secondary antibody, followed by the addition of the HRP substrate to generate chemiluminescence. The resulting chemiluminescent signal can then be quantified using a chemiluminescence reader for analysis purposes. |
