| Target/Description | In this kit, monitoring the activity of SHP-2 enzyme involves just two straightforward steps using a microtiter plate. Initially, the SHP-2 enzyme is activated by preincubating it with SHP-2 Activating Peptide. Subsequently, the addition of the fluorogenic substrate, DiFMUP, to the mixture leads to enzymatic activity generating DiFMU fluorophore. This released fluorophore can be quantified by measuring fluorescence levels with a suitable reader. |
