| Target/Description | The NALM6 cell line, derived from a patient with acute lymphoblastic leukemia, is a human B cell precursor leukemia cell line. This cell line constantly produces the Firefly luciferase reporter, which is controlled by a CMV promoter and directly correlates to the number of live cells. Using this cell line, the assay kit measures the number of live target cells within a mixed cell population of PBMC and Firefly Luciferase NALM6 cells via the luminescence signal. |
