DescriptionThe kit contains a transfection-ready FOXO3 expression vector, FOXO luciferase reporter vector, and negative control vector. The reporter vector contains a firefly luciferase gene under the control of multimers of the FOXO-responsive element located upstream of a minimal promoter.
