| Target/Description | The HRP activity leads to a color change that corresponds to the amount of 8-iso-PGF2α conjugate bound to the plate. This color change is used to quantify the levels of 8-iso-PGF2α in samples, as it is inversely proportional to the amount of free 8-iso-PGF2α present. By comparing the color development in the unknown sample to a standard curve, the concentration of 8-iso-PGF2α can be accurately determined. |
