| Configuration | CD4 Ab binds to an antigen that interacts with class II molecules of the major histocompatibility complex (MHC) and is the primary receptor for the human immunodeficiency virus. CD38 Ab binds to an integral membrane glycoprotein, Mr 45 kDalton (kDa), with a protein core of 35 kDa. CD3 Ab binds to the epsilon chain of the CD3 antigen/T-cell antigen receptor (TCR) complex. Anti-HLA-DR binds to a human class II MHC antigen. |
