Target/DescriptionThe experiment begins by adding unknown samples containing 8-OHdG or 8-OHdG standards to a microplate pre-coated with an 8-OHdG/BSA conjugate. After a short incubation period, an anti-8-OHdG monoclonal antibody is introduced, followed by a secondary antibody labeled with HRP. The 8-OHdG levels in the unknown samples are then quantified by comparing them to a standard curve previously generated with known concentrations of 8-OHdG.
