| Target/Description | The TAC Assay involves the antioxidants-induced conversion like uric acid. After interacting with a color-generating reagent, a color development with maximum absorbance at 490 nm could be examined. The antioxidant levels are determined by comparing the net absorbance values to a standard curve of uric acid. The absorbance values directly correlate with the sample's overall antioxidant capacity. |
