| Target/Description | Unknown ROS or RNS samples or standards are introduced to the wells, along with a catalyst to accelerate the oxidative process. Samples are analyzed using fluorometric analysis in comparison to a DCF or hydrogen peroxide reference. By comparing unknown samples to the preset DCF or hydrogen peroxide standard curve, one may ascertain the amount of free radicals present. |
