Target/DescriptionFollowing denaturation, 6-4PP-DNA standards or unknown DNA samples are loaded onto a DNA high-binding plate. The samples are then probed with an anti-6-4PP antibody and a secondary antibody conjugated to HRP. Detection occurs through a colorimetric reaction with a substrate, and the absorbance is quantified using a plate reader. The 6-4PP content in unknown samples is determined by comparing the absorbance values to a standard curve generated from known 6-4PP-DNA standards.
