Molecular Mechanism of ActionHi-Affi™ pH-Sensitive Dye, Transferrin Conjugate-Red is weakly fluorescent outside of cells at neutral pH, but when internalized specifically through transferrin endocytosis, it becomes brightly fluorescent in the acidic endosomes.
