ComponentsThis kit includes one strip of 96-well Protein Binding Plate, Anti-Poly (ADP-Ribose) Coating Antibody, Anti-Poly (ADP-Ribose) Detection Antibody, HRP Conjugate-Secondary Antibody, Assay Diluent, Wash Buffer, Substrate Solution, Stop Solution, PARP Inhibitor, and Poly (ADP-Ribose) Standard.
Target/DescriptionFollowing incubation, an anti-PAR polyclonal detection antibody is introduced, followed by a secondary antibody conjugated with HRP. Subsequently, a substrate is added which triggers a colorimetric reaction that can be quantified using a colorimetric plate reader. The PAR concentration in unknown samples is then calculated by comparing the absorbance measurements to those obtained from a standard curve of PAR polymer.
